Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field and position.
- Proficiency in Dataflow is mandatory.
- Holding a Saudi license is an advantage.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Ensure confidentiality, legibility, and accuracy of all nursing documentation.
- Demonstrate advanced pediatric and critical care cardiac nursing skills; act as a resource for nurses.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Foster professional relationships and teamwork.
- Administer medications safely according to policies and procedures.
- Provide direct patient care and perform other nursing duties as needed.
- Promote health education for patients and families.
- Supervise and support the nursing team during shifts.
- Coordinate with medical staff for appropriate patient care.
- Manage supplies and staff resources efficiently, promoting conservation.
- Review and suggest improvements for practices and policies.
- Report and investigate incidents as required.
- Provide ward management cover as Acting Head Nurse when assigned.
- Participate in departmental activities and committees.
- Exercise good judgment and proactively solve problems.
- Share expertise in pediatric cardiology or cardiac surgery critical care nursing.
- Complete mandatory skills and study programs specific to the unit.
- Foster an environment conducive to education and staff development.
- Mentor and orient new staff members.
- Maintain personal and professional development in pediatric cardiology or cardiac surgery nursing.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Conduct counseling and participate in recruitment processes as requested.
