Channel Sales Manager - Riyadh - IT Peripherals/ Mobility Products

Job Title: Key Account Manager – KDR Channel KSA

Experience: 4+ yrs in Channel Sales

Location: Riyadh

Candidate Requirements: Candidate should be from IT Hardware/ Mobility Products/ IT Accessories/ IT Peripherals.

Job Purpose: Key Account Managers (KAM) are skilled sales professionals who work with the most important key customers. KAMs help ensure the company's long-term success by being reliable contacts for customers and building strong business relationships.

  1. The KAM will be responsible for achieving and exceeding annual and quarterly sales and Order Intake targets within the assigned region by attracting and engaging with all stakeholders (Disty Sales team, Buyers, Category Manager, etc.).
  2. Successful execution of sales plans and achievement of sales goals in a specified region that is in line with the organization & brand goals.
  3. The key account manager plays a crucial role within an organization, as their primary responsibility is to establish and nurture robust professional relationships with key retailers. This involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of each retailer, ensuring personalized service, and effectively communicating the value of the company’s products or services.
  4. By cultivating trust and fostering open lines of communication, the key account manager can anticipate client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ultimately secure long-term loyalty.
