Job Brief:

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager who is currently based in Riyadh to drive revenue growth through partnerships with resellers, strategic alliances, LMS providers, HR solutions partners, and training partners. This role involves onboarding new channel partners, managing existing relationships, and ensuring consistent deal flow through the partner network.

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue through partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner sales performance.

KPIs & Success Metrics:

  • Revenue generated through channel partners.
  • Number of new partners onboarded.
  • Deal closure rates and partner engagement levels.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales, preferably in EdTech or E-learning.
  • Experience in the Saudi market and is currently based in Riyadh
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant major
  • Ability to develop and execute partnership sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS, HR solutions, or training partnerships is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
