Job Description

  1. Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
  2. Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
  3. New resellers development: develop new resellers from CCTV/IT channels
  4. Existing resellers management: manage resellers sell in/sell out, increase the our business shares
  5. Distributor's management: manage the distributor order, inventory, and sales data.
  6. Training program: execute product training for distributors, resellers and installers
  7. New channel development: retail, electronic, mobile, etc.
  8. Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
  9. Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
  2. At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales within CCTV/IT, with experience in the CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
  3. Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  4. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  5. Accustomed to frequent business trips.
