Job Description
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
- Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
- New resellers development: develop new resellers from CCTV/IT channels
- Existing resellers management: manage resellers sell in/sell out, increase the our business shares
- Distributor's management: manage the distributor order, inventory, and sales data.
- Training program: execute product training for distributors, resellers and installers
- New channel development: retail, electronic, mobile, etc.
- Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience in channel sales within CCTV/IT, with experience in the CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
- Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Accustomed to frequent business trips.
