The Channel Alliance - Sales role at Bahwan Cybertek Group is focused on developing and managing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and expand market reach. This position will require a proactive approach to partner engagement, ensuring the successful execution of alliance strategies and collaborative sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management :

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.

Conduct regular meetings and communication to provide updates on products, promotions, and sales strategies.

Sales Strategy Development :

Collaborate with partners to create joint sales and marketing plans that align with business goals.

Provide partners with the resources and support needed to drive sales, including training, demos, and marketing materials.

Performance Analysis :

Monitor and evaluate partner performance against targets and KPIs.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partner effectiveness.

Market Intelligence :

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner capabilities.

Use market insights to refine partner strategies and explore new opportunities for growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams :

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of efforts.

Provide feedback from partners to inform product development and customer needs.

Reporting :

Prepare regular reports on partner performance, pipeline, and market developments.

Communicate results and insights to management and stakeholders.

Requirements
