Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role & Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct analysis of partner coverage in the region, identifying gaps where recruitment is needed.
  • Enable the partner community to sell Thales CSP Application and Data Security solutions.
  • Establish and identify joint opportunities and document them.
  • Build a business plan with key partners and gain executive commitment to move forward.
  • Work with Thales/Distribution technical training teams to ensure all managed partners are technically proficient.
  • Alongside the Thales Marketing team, build and execute ongoing marketing plans for each managed partner.
  • Facilitate joint executive sponsorship.
  • Create joint solution strategies with partners and support end-user engagements as necessary.
  • Ensure all certification requirements and adherence to the channel program are completed by partners.
  • Establish specific go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain strong relationships with channel/partners, as well as Thales data and application security solutions sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Keep management updated on status and performance through regular communication, forecasts, agendas, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Thales resources such as Technical Support, Customer Services, Legal, Training, and Finance.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in channel management within the cybersecurity industry.

Qualifications, Certifications & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).

  • Channel management experience

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
