Role Overview

Manage the overall Thales Data Security and Application Security channel ecosystem in KSA.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Conduct analysis of partner coverage in the region, identifying gaps for recruitment.
  2. Enable partner community to sell Thales CSP Application and Data Security solutions.
  3. Establish and document joint opportunities, building business plans with key partners and securing executive commitment.
  4. Coordinate with Thales/Distribution technical training teams to ensure partner proficiency.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for each partner.
  6. Facilitate joint executive sponsorships and create joint solution strategies.
  7. Support end-user engagements and ensure partners meet certification and channel program requirements.
  8. Develop go-to-market plans with partners.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, sales, and pre-sales teams.
  10. Provide management with regular updates on performance, forecasts, and reports.
  11. Coordinate with internal Thales resources such as Technical Support, Customer Services, Legal, Training, and Finance.
  12. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in channel management within the cybersecurity industry.

Qualifications, Certifications & Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
