Position Overview Details of the Division and Team:Financial and Regulatory Reporting is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of complete and comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting and analysis, in line with internal policies and external regulatory, statutory, and control frameworks.
Work includes:
- Managing accounting and financial risk, providing advice on strategic initiatives and new products impacting the entities/processes/utilities within their remit.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide financial reporting and analysis, representing their functions in relevant forums.
Developing innovative business solutions and providing strategic advice to support business strategy, risk mitigation, and achievement of objectives.
This position supports the Head of Finance, KSA (Riyadh), in providing full-service Finance support to the main businesses in KSA: Corporate Banking and Wealth Management.
The reporting line is to the Head of Finance, KSA. The candidate will be the main registered finance contact with the regulator, SAMA.

Your key responsibilities:The candidate should have solid banking and markets finance experience, with hands-on expertise in:
- Liaising with SAMA, including Arabic communication skills.
- Managing audits and regulatory/taxation returns.
- Overseeing month-end processes, revenue and cost bookings, and balance sheet substantiation.
- Ensuring internal controls and supporting new product risk assessments.
- Providing onshore KSA coverage for core finance roles.
- Strong product accounting knowledge, risk analysis, and change management skills.
Your skills and experience:- Recognized accounting qualification (preferred) or equivalent banking experience in KSA or GCC.
- Knowledge of core finance systems (SAP, BCS, FIM).
- Strong MS Office skills.
