Job Summary:

As a certification coordinator within ISE Saudi, reporting directly to the Eastern Hemisphere Certification Lead, you will be responsible for delivering certification services supporting the ISE Ops function of ISE Kintore. Your role involves compiling certification packs according to order, regulatory frameworks, and customer requirements, utilizing your technical expertise.

You will manage your workload independently, collaborating with relevant functions to ensure timely and effective documentation delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing certification from suppliers, operations, aftermarket, third parties, and managing documentation uploads to the customer portal, ensuring compliance with OA requirements. You will perform final product releases through documentation review and manage schedules for product groupings.

This role also involves validating contractual and regulatory compliance, liaising with third-party inspectors for certification releases (CoC/ROE/Attestation), and participating in process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness.

You will need to make independent decisions, own your product groupings, and manage your workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities & Authority:

  1. Manage certification output and scheduling for your assigned department.
  2. Monitor documentation supply from ISE Ops/Suppliers/Warehouse.
  3. Manage your workload according to the production schedule.
  4. Review certification documentation from ISE Ops, suppliers, and third parties.
  5. Compile certification packs, including scanning, typing, and printing, per customer, regulatory, and company policies.
  6. Release products and provide certification via the certification portal.
  7. Liaise with aftermarket, operations, and QA staff to address documentation issues.
  8. Coordinate with third-party and customer inspectors for certification sign-off.
  9. Archive documentation as per company policies.
  10. Participate in training and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  11. Support other certification duties and departments as required.
  12. Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.

Experience/Education/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with CE/DNV/EN/ISE certifications, lifting regulations, and standards such as EN 10204 / ISO 10474.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas product standards (API 6A, NACE, ASTM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
