Ultimate Peaks is looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of our Fintech clients to spearhead their mission of delivering transformative technology solutions in the high-growth sectors of AI, automation, and digital services. The CEO will be pivotal in driving the company’s strategic vision, cultivating an innovative company culture, and steering overall business performance while adhering to the paradigm shifts set by Saudi Vision 2030 .

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear and compelling vision for the company, ensuring alignment with market trends and industry innovations.
- Lead strategic planning and execution, focusing on sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
- Anticipate industry trends and adjust the strategic direction to maintain competitive advantage.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring productivity and efficiency while aligning with core business objectives.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure, analyze, and action improvements across all business areas.
- Allocate resources wisely, overseeing budgetary controls and operational-cost efficiencies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to determine customer needs and monitor industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with the board of directors, providing timely and accurate information about company performance and operational forecasts.
- Represent the company in public forums and industry events, enhancing its brand and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in the technology or related sectors , demonstrating a track record of business growth and transformation.
- Exceptional strategic, operational, and financial acumen paired with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate goals and inspire confidence.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and navigating corporate governance is highly desirable.
