Ultimate Peaks is looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of our Fintech clients to spearhead their mission of delivering transformative technology solutions in the high-growth sectors of AI, automation, and digital services. The CEO will be pivotal in driving the company’s strategic vision, cultivating an innovative company culture, and steering overall business performance while adhering to the paradigm shifts set by Saudi Vision 2030 .

The successful candidate will have a robust background in leading technology organizations, managing operational efficiencies, and fostering a high-performance team environment. As the face of Ultimate Peaks, you will engage with investors, customers, and key stakeholders to propel the company toward achieving its ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear and compelling vision for the company, ensuring alignment with market trends and industry innovations.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in the technology or related sectors , demonstrating a track record of business growth and transformation.
• Exceptional strategic, operational, and financial acumen paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate goals and inspire confidence.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and navigating corporate governance is highly desirable.
