We are looking for a detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and articulate CEO Executive Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment and serve as a vital support to the executive team. This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English/Chinese, along with excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling daily administrative tasks, bilingual translation, meeting support, and external business communications.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including business communications, meeting arrangements, and document preparation;
- Provide translation and interpretation services between Arabic and English to ensure smooth and accurate communication;
- Monitor the progress of various tasks, facilitate information dissemination, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate schedules;
- Assist in preparing reports, emails, official documents, and other related materials;
- Accompany the CEO to business meetings or external events when necessary, providing language and administrative support;
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO;
- Coordinate administrative work and communication between departments within the company.
Qualifications (Essential Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in language, management, administration or related fields;
- Proficient in Arabic and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), with experience in bilingual interpretation/translation preferred;
- Diligent and meticulous, with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
- Familiar with office software, with good writing and file management skills;
- Excellent time management, coordination, communication, and cross-cultural communication skills;
- Positive work attitude, professional demeanour, and strong service orientation;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle high-pressure situations;
- Professional dress code awareness, able to wear formal attire as required for different occasions to reflect the company's image.
Skills

1. Experience working in multinational companies or the Middle East, with familiarity with cultural differences between China and Arab countries and business etiquette
2. Proficiency in a third language (e.g., Chinese), with the ability to collaborate in a multilingual environment
3. Strong written and visual communication skills, including the ability to draft meeting minutes and create PowerPoint presentations
4. Possess relevant experience in assisting senior executives with travel arrangements, visa processing, and official reception services.
5. Familiarity with the operational processes of real estate, trade, engineering, or other large-scale project-based enterprises
