CEO Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas and materials for meetings, and take minutes as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of organizational operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in English (very good to excellent).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.
