Job Description

Within a rapidly growing group, in a sector of activity with an environmental mission that encourages talent, Energy Pool is recruiting a local, permanent contract for a Project Manager to ensure the development of the company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a profound technical understanding of the energy sector and familiarity with the Saudi market.

With the active support of the Corporate teams located in France, the Project Manager will mainly and simultaneously:

1. Spearhead project deliveries within the realms of studies, development, or R&D, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timelines.
2. Plan and execute Flexibility deployment projects in the Middle East, focusing on the Saudi project portfolio.
3. Assess flexibility within our consumer portfolio and define flexibility for different industries.
4. Facilitate pre-sale activities, including client consultations, technical proposal development, and cost estimations.
5. Lead progress meetings, ensuring comprehensive reporting and effective inter-team coordination.

Qualifications

The indispensable:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, validated by Saudi authorities.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex project management within the energy sector, preferably with exposure to the Saudi Energy Ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and pedagogical skills.

And ideally:

• Experience in the energy sector and decarbonization processes.
• Knowledge of major energy players and stakeholders (political, regulatory).

Mobility: Frequent travel in the MENA region.
