JOB PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Planning, Negotiation, and Insight:
  • Translate strategy into optimized customer business plans to maximize turnover and profit.
  • Develop and implement customer/channel relationship strategies for KSA.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align strategies and plans.
  • Simulate strategies to close gaps and explore opportunities with the CSP/CBD team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.
  • Review promotional plans focusing on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Build insights on customer category performance and adjust future plans accordingly.
  • Create customer marketing calendars considering seasonality and category plans.
In-Store Execution:
  • Implement Category JTBD across channels via displays, POSM, loyalty programs, and events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong sales background with channel and category exposure.
  • CSP experience is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
