JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Account/customer management - build, negotiate, and execute JBP with eCommerce customers
  • Identify Key Categories to win online via exclusive portfolio, offerings, and marketing plans
  • Work closely with the Digital Hub team and cross-functional teams to build eCommerce excellence
  • Keep track of Turnover/Turnover growth, Market share as per our yearly forecast
  • Execution KPIs – availability, visibility (search performance), and eCOM content deployment with customers
  • Data & Insights – source, identify, and convert data into insights, driving actions
  • Tracking of eCom plans & campaign executions, customer promotional spends vs budgets
  • Coordinate and track all E-commerce operations from payments, credit notes, POs, to invoicing
  • Monitor stock levels of customers
  • Streamline target tracking & invoicing processes
  • Partner with teams to meet all campaign and timeline requirements
  • Communicate marketing calendar updates regularly
  • Monitor competition’s offers and activations across E-com customers
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, knowledge of sales principles, negotiation, customer management, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
