Main Responsibilities
- Review, own, and analyze Modern Trade channel data to drive business strategies, ensuring data hygiene and correct information flow.
- Execute and monitor activities, overseeing their implementation.
- Monitor competition activities and develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
- Use data-driven strategies to enhance sales and revenue.
- Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with partners to maximize collaboration.
- Monitor KPIs to assess strategy success.
- Ensure channel partner compliance with contracts and standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies on marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field, with FMCG experience.
- Key account and retail experience.
- Strong analytical skills, market trend awareness, and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and comprehensive strategy development skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, budgeting, planning, and financial acumen.
