WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. Review, own, and analyze Modern Trade channel data lake through rigorous data hygiene and correct flow of information to CBD to drive business winning strategies.
  2. Execute and monitor activities; plan and oversee their execution.
  3. Be the eyes and ears on the ground to monitor competition activity and create and execute mitigation plans.
  4. Conduct monthly reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Utilize data-driven strategies to enhance sales processes and drive revenue growth.
  6. Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  7. Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic, regional, and global partners to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of channel strategies.
  9. Implement measures to ensure channel partner compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  10. Work with external agencies to track, plan, and implement marketing activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum FMCG background required.
  • Key Account and Retail experience.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive strategies.
  • High level of technical literacy in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, planning, and strong financial acumen.
