Catering Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering sales by developing new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events and catering services. This role involves strategic planning, customer service, and collaboration with internal departments to deliver a seamless catering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in catering.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and event planners.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and event teams to ensure event success.
• Conduct site visits, menu tastings, and planning meetings with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, leads, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and reporting.
• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Must be Arabic speaker
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed.
