What You'll Do

• Category Management: Oversee and manage specific fresh food categories (Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, Dairy), developing strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to optimize product assortment, improve sales, and enhance profitability.
• Supply Chain & Procurement: Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate procurement terms, control costs, and optimize supply channels for efficiency.
• Inventory & Promotions: Monitor inventory levels and product turnover, implementing promotional strategies to enhance sales performance and minimize waste.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product supply, quality control, and market positioning.
• Compliance & Optimization: Stay informed on industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuously refine procurement and operational processes.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train the category management team to enhance expertise and improve overall work efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in category management or procurement within the fresh food industry, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or supermarkets.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of market trends, supply chain systems, and category management strategies in fresh food.
