Job summary

AS Contracting Co in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a CAT and Mercedes Trucks Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain CAT and Mercedes trucks and heavy equipment. Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical automotive training preferred.
Proven experience as a CAT/Mercedes trucks mechanic.
In-depth knowledge of CAT and Mercedes truck systems and diagnostics.
Proficient with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair CAT and Mercedes trucks; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filters, and fluid checks, per schedule.
Manage parts and inventory; collaborate with procurement to source parts.
Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed.
Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance with clear reports.
Stay updated on new technologies and attend training sessions.
