HONOR is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Carrier Account Manager

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets for HONOR smartphones and IoT products in operator channels by formulating and executing sales strategies, developing new client partnerships , and driving B2B growth.
  • Lead negotiations and secure resources during new product launches to ensure rapid market penetration.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with operator clients, deeply understand customer needs , and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales orders (SO), monitor Days of Sales (DOS) inventory, and optimize inventory turnover to minimize risks of overstocking or shortages.

Resource Integration & Marketing Collaboration

  • Design and integrate joint marketing initiatives with clients, negotiate resource allocations, and enhance brand visibility and sales conversion through strategic agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure ROI alignment.

Budget & Process Management

  • Oversee monthly sales budgeting and cost control, ensuring compliance; deliver analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

  • More than 3 years of experience working with mobile operators in Saudi Arabia,Have a deep understanding of channel work and be proficient in PSI management
  • Have excellent negotiation, communication, conflict resolution skills. And can quickly build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data analysis ability, able to find and solve problems through the details of the data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
