About the Role

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation, integrating complex systems, and shaping the future of air cargo technology?

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design, deployment, and integration of scalable cargo systems at Riyadh Air. Responsibilities will span booking, operations, customer service, inventory, pricing, billing, and settlement.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end system delivery, driving stakeholder alignment, partnering with vendors, and enabling API integration with customers. You'll also develop cargo revenue management strategies, optimise distribution channels, and ensure seamless system architecture for future growth.

About You

Do you bring hands on experience in system implementation, supplier management, and a strong understanding of the air cargo ecosystem?

In this role, you'll apply your background in airline or vendor-side systems delivery, along with your ability to manage offshore solution providers. Your understanding of cargo or ground operations and familiarity with third party distribution channels will be essential in driving successful integration and execution.

You’ll need a university degree and strong financial and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools. An optimisation mindset, combined with skills in supplier management and process architecture, will help you build scalable, future-ready solutions. Success in this role also requires cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
