Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible on all sales activates and product support to ensure we keep the number one market share position and improve our competitive offerings.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base, increase market share, and enhance product offering.
  • Review current sales processes through channels (Branches, Tele sales, Digital & Direct Sales).
  • Review current RAC policies to suggest enhancements.
  • Follow up closely with product development team on any new RAC changes or product enhancement system fixes impacting sales and aftersales.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote card products and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Drive data analysis to review performance of sales/acquisition campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Enhance and update sales training materials
  • Support branch network, telesales agents & direct sales with quarterly training sessions on how to sell and communicate value of card’s key features and benefits.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve internal processes for cards acquisitions and aftersales activities.
  • Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business. development efforts, such as new customer acquisition, revenue generation, and product usage.
  • Conduct complex analysis to find new market opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with market research on sales performance of different players.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 12+ years exp with 5+ years as a business development or cards acquisition.
  • Regional experience.

SKILLS

  • Extensive business experience of working in cards division of a bank/fintech, especially on sales/business development and risk performance improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and recommending and executing RAC improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of cards business performance.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong market research skills and understanding of cards market trends in KSA.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Strong presentation and training skills (English & Arabic).
  • Strategic thinking and go-getter attitude.
