Cards Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the cards business by leading sales initiatives, enhancing product offerings, and improving market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Review and optimize sales processes across multiple channels (Branches, Telesales, Digital, Direct Sales).
• Assess RAC policies and suggest enhancements for better risk performance.
• Collaborate with product development teams on system improvements impacting sales and aftersales.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to promote card products and develop effective campaigns.
• Analyze sales and acquisition performance data to optimize strategies.
• Enhance and update sales training materials and conduct quarterly training sessions for sales teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve internal processes for card acquisitions and aftersales.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including customer acquisition, revenue, and product usage.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience, with 5+ years in business development or card acquisition.
• Regional experience in the GCC market.
• Extensive experience in cards division of a bank or fintech, with expertise in sales, business development, and risk performance.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and recommend RAC improvements.
• Strong understanding of cards business performance, data analysis, and market trends in KSA.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English & Arabic.
• Strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude.
