4. Relevant Experience: 12+ years of experience with 5+ years as a business development or cards acquisition expert in KSA

5. Mandatory Experience: Proficiency in English and Arabic

Purpose of Job:

With high aspirational targets for SNB cards business in 2025, business development will be responsible for all sales activities and product support to maintain our market share and enhance our competitive offerings.

Tasks:

  • Review current sales processes across channels (Branches, Tele sales, Digital & Direct Sales).
  • Enhance and update sales training materials.
  • Support branch network, Tele sales agents, and direct sales with quarterly training on selling techniques and product features.
  • Conduct mystery shopping through branches.
  • Develop sales campaigns for staff and customers via channels.
  • Perform sales market research.
  • Generate data and reports to track sales progress.
  • Create high-level presentations on business development activities.
  • Support aftersales activities by analyzing application rejection reasons.
  • Conduct complex analyses to identify new market opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve internal processes related to card acquisitions and aftersales.
  • Coordinate with the product development team on RAC changes, product enhancements, and system fixes affecting sales and aftersales.
  • Review current RAC policies and suggest improvements.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in business development or card acquisition, with regional experience.

Skills:

  • Extensive business experience, especially in creating acquisition and sales strategies.
  • Strong market research skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Understanding of market trends in KSA.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable solutions and targets.
