Car Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with potential customers and convince them in the buying process.
2. Explain the features and characteristics of cars.
3. Explain to the customer the necessary steps to complete the purchase process.
4. Answer customer questions about cars and the buying process.
5. Take customers to see and inspect the car.
6. Collect the required papers and documents between the client, the exhibition, and the company.
7. Negotiate car prices and swap values for customer cars.
8. Coordinate with the administration and with car owners to complete the sale procedures.
9. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and achieve the highest profit for the company.
10. Contact previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with their cars.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Professional appearance.
2. Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
3. Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles.
4. Good knowledge of the basics of selling and negotiation.
5. 3-5 years of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
6. Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills.
7. Proficiency in English is essential.
