Qualifications

As part of their ongoing commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a motivated and reliable Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to support their communication and outreach efforts.

The Role:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be an essential part of the customer service team, responsible for maintaining professional communication with customers while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, honest, and dependable, with strong follow-up capabilities and a customer-first mindset. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Clearly communicate offers, targets, and processes to customers.

• Adhere to approved scripts and communication guidelines, maintaining company standards.

• Record accurate call notes and consistently update internal systems.

• Report customer feedback and issues transparently, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.

• Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Arabic, with basic English communication skills.

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.

• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in basic Excel and system navigation.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Previous call center experience is an advantage.
