Job Title: Call Center Sales Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Type: Short-Term Contract (3 months)
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $250–$300 per working day

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic-speaking professional already residing in Saudi Arabia on an independent visa for a short-term call center or telesales leadership assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a telesales or call center team
• Monitor team performance and ensure daily KPIs are met
• Provide coaching and support to improve sales and service delivery
• Report daily metrics and feedback to management
• Assist in onboarding and training new agents if required

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus
• Proven experience in a call center or telesales environment, ideally at a team leader or manager level
• Must be currently located in KSA.
• Must be on an independent visa
• Ability to start immediately
