Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in Jeddah. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints. Duties also include maintaining records of interactions, following up on customer requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
