Whether it’s teaching life-saving Safety & Emergency Procedures, world-class Service & Hospitality, or essential Aviation Medical skills, you’ll be right at the heart of shaping our crew—and our guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering engaging, memorable training sessions across SEP, Hospitality, and Medical areas.
• Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring both full-time and part-time crew trainers.
• Making sure every course is aligned with Riyadh Air's FRESH values.
• Keeping our training top-notch and fully compliant with GACA regulations.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and seriously fun learning environment.
  
  
  

About You

What You Bring to the Cabin:

• 5+ years of inflight experience (you’ve seen it all and lived to train about it).
• Experience leading SEP, Medical, or Service training (bonus if you’ve done more than one).
• High School diploma minimum; certifications (CIPD, IATA, AHA) are a big plus!
• Natural coach, strong communicator, great with people and even better with PowerPoint.
• A sense of humor, patience, and a love for team spirit.
