Operations Executive

Key Duties:

  1. Assess purchased vehicles to guarantee that the examination by the buyer is accurate and all information has been covered.
  2. Ensure all information is entered into the system and reflects the physical condition of the vehicle.
  3. Recognize and highlight errors or major faults, complete documentation for vehicle transfer, coordinate with financing for repayment to consumers, and work with dealerships for transferring the cars once repayment confirmation is received.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, disciplined, and determined to comply with policies and guidelines. It is also essential that you are process-driven, good with numbers, and possess a high degree of creativity as you will be required to process large amounts of information quickly and think on your feet.

Skills:

  1. Client Service, Administration, and Operations experience required.
  2. Ability to identify inspection or documentation errors.
  3. Well-informed about all processes and documents related to the purchase, transfer, and sale of vehicles.
  4. Understanding of automobile market values at any given time.
  5. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  6. Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  7. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in verbal interactions with customers.
  8. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  9. Experience in fleet and inventory management.
  10. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  11. Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends as needed.
