Job description

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Busser/Runner - Food & Beverage plays a key role in supporting the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables quickly, and assisting servers with food and beverage delivery. This role ensures guests have a positive dining experience through prompt, efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Busser/Runner collaborates closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.

Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: 0-1 years in cash handling, customer service, or food service environment.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.

  • Quickly address guest concerns and operational issues to minimize disruption.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables promptly, including wiping surfaces, removing used plates, and resetting tableware.
  • Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, spill cleanup, and keeping aisles clear.
  • Refill water glasses and beverages as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Stock and organize supplies such as glassware, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Support kitchen staff by transporting food, ensuring hot dishes are served quickly, and cold items stay fresh.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, events, or large groups.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, providing friendly service and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, handling food properly and cleaning spills immediately.
  • Assist with trash removal and cleanup during and after shifts, maintaining a clean environment.
