Business System Analyst

Business System Analyst with BS in computer engineering and related work experience in Cybersecurity will be responsible to:

1. Support ICSSD in developing business case for ICS compliance related initiatives, including projects, procurement, training for plants within the admin area.
2. Identify any systems that will not be assessed for automated compliance. AACG will approve the excluded systems.
3. Evaluate evidences provided by PAN admins for non-compliance items.
4. Fill all Compliance questionnaires provided by ISD to support plant compliance assessment.
5. Generate compliance KPI score and submit to ISD.
6. Conduct an annual asset verification exercise to ensure the plant-maintained asset list is rationalized with the automatically discovered ICS systems.
7. Review and analyze scan output for technical automated review tests and update compliance findings accordingly.
8. Help organizations understand, control, and mitigate all forms of cyber risk.
9. Perform assessment based on risk approach and identify the mitigation measure for smooth implementation on site.
10. Develop the Risk Management strategy to include types and levels of acceptable cybersecurity risks.
11. Assist ICSSD track and report ICS Compliance status and trends to plant and admin area management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor - 10 years of experience (Cybersecurity Compliance)
2. A good working knowledge of various security technologies such as network and application firewalls, host intrusion prevention and anti-virus.
3. Knowledge of Security Across Various Platforms.
4. Understanding of the cyber security risks associated with various technologies and ways to manage them.
