The successful candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, evaluate current systems and processes, and collaborate with development teams to deliver optimized solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with developers and system architects to ensure accurate solution implementation
• Support testing, validation, and user training during project rollouts
• Prepare detailed reports, process diagrams, and documentation
