Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with proven experience in managing executive-level support, strategic planning, and professional correspondence within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to independently handle professional correspondence and support executive-level planning.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated competence in managing sensitive data with confidentiality.
