Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Support candidate to join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The primary role of this candidate will be driving the digital transformation of business processes by supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of business solutions. This role ensures that Digital Platforms are effectively integrated into existing operations to enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. The candidate will work closely with IT, technology coordinators, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and deliver tailored support and training, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
Support the design, configuration, and rollout of project portfolio management tools (Digital Platform).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify design expectations, document functional requirements, and develop process maps that address operational challenges and align with strategic objectives.
Prepare RFPs for feasibility studies, including considerations such as operating costs, NPV, payback period, and total cost of ownership.
Recommend organizational chart and manpower with discipline breakdown to operate and maintain the Platform ecosystem.
Develop business services offering model and service catalog.
Conduct business case analysis and develop operating models (Operate & Maintain vs. outsource O&M).
Identify service commercial opportunities and establish a service chargeback model.
Establish and enforce standardized methodologies, guidelines, and best practices for digital business solutions across multiple programs.
Design and implement interactive dashboards and custom reports using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for real-time insights into operational performance and cost optimization.
Identify opportunities for automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks, integrating these solutions into workflows.
Work closely with IT teams and technology coordinators to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
Produce, edit, and distribute comprehensive business documents, technical mappings, process flows, and user manuals tailored to different audiences and support needs.
Lead training sessions and workshops to educate users on new solutions, ensuring effective adoption and smooth transition to digital workflows.
Continuously assess the performance of implemented solutions, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT 5, PMP, PRINCE2 are preferred.
10+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise systems support within large-scale industrial or construction projects.
Proven experience with enterprise business solutions and digital platform implementations.
Proficiency in business analytics and reporting, with experience in automation technologies.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and systems integration.
Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and IT service management practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Effective training and change management skills to foster digital adoption across cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
