About the job: BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DESIGNER (CBAP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis and documentation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management tools, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a proven track record in regulatory domains such as Health Insurance. Certification in business analysis is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and document business processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and standardized modeling techniques such as BPMN.
2. Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
3. Create and manage user stories, use cases, and business requirements documentation.
4. Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio to track and communicate requirements, progress, and issues.
5. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather detailed requirements.
6. Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
7. Support testing and validation processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across project lifecycles in regulatory environments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
2. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
3. Proficiency in BPMN and other process modeling tools.
4. Strong documentation and analytical skills.
5. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and related tools.
6. Ability to write clear, structured, and actionable user stories and use cases.
7. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is required.
8. CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or equivalent certification is preferred.
9. Experience in the Health Insurance or regulatory sectors is highly desirable.
