Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, and strategic risks in collaboration with the Line Manager and cross-functional teams.
Support the development and maintenance of risk assessment processes, mitigation plans, and business impact assessments.
Participate in business continuity planning, testing, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of business continuity policies and procedures.
Promote awareness of risks and business continuity planning measures among employees.
Assist in monitoring emerging risks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to support risk management and BCM practices.
Collaborate with the Manager and internal stakeholders to facilitate business risk and continuity efforts.
Support compliance with ethical standards, regulations, and best practices in risk management and business continuity.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in risk management, BCM, or other relevant disciplines.
Work Experience: 5 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
