Job Purpose
Takes full responsibility as a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and adoption of our Signavio solution (SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, SAP Signavio Process Governance). Deliver as per company quality standards.
Key Accountability Areas
Customer Relations:
- Collaborating closely with Internal clients to understand their requirements for business process management initiatives and Signavio deployment.
- Collaborating with internal SAP teams to position Signavio solutions in the business to maximize business processes.
- Engaging with the SAP Customer Success Partner team to ensure long-term success for internal process management and Signavio efforts.
Supervision and leadership:
- Working alongside the SAP Signavio Implementation team to analyze internal client requirements, set up the Signavio solution, and ensure successful deployments and adoption.
- Conducting Training Sessions on SAP Signavio solutions for Internal clients.
- Developing a plan to establish early adoption of Signavio with Alfanar.
Business Process Improvement:
- Establish a continuous Improvement program for Alfanar GIT from a business process perspective.
- Providing consulting expertise and best practice knowledge in Business Process Management methods, process modelling, analysis, workflow, and related areas.
- Supporting internal client process modelling and workflow initiatives, offering coaching, quality assurance, and Signavio training.
Business Application Operations:
- Sharing knowledge, actively participating in the team, and contributing to company objectives.
- Keeping updated on industry trends, competition, and identifying new opportunities.
- Establish a use case for BU acceptance and adoption.
Risk Management:
- Ensure that SAP project risks are effectively captured and understood, ensuring that mitigation and contingency plans are appropriate.

Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field
