Job Description
Strategic Contribution
- Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
- Drive the continuous achievement of quality and customer experience standards in line with the overall business strategy.
People Management
- Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Business Process Management department by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
- Lead talent development initiatives for the department, collaborating with technical/discipline experts to ensure the availability of suitable talent.
- Act as a role model and promote adherence to organizational values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture.
Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Manage the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance against it, ensuring activities align with guidelines.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls to meet procedural/regulatory requirements and deliver quality, cost-effective services.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for system, process, and practice improvements considering global standards, productivity, and cost reduction.
Customer Service Excellence
- Implement processes for client relationship management to enhance customer experience in line with Saudi Post's strategy.
- Review and improve customer experience management processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Lead the team to proactively engage clients and provide solutions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate department reports that meet Saudi Post's standards and policies.
Job Specific Accountability
- Process Engineering Management: Ensure efficient, cost-effective process management, provide technical advice, oversee process studies, and maintain process documentation.
- Project Planning & Management: Evaluate and implement work process improvements, allocate resources, participate in project scope and goal setting, monitor milestones, and manage risks.
- Process Monitoring: Oversee process modeling tools, propose improvements, liaise with departments and stakeholders, and develop solutions addressing business and customer needs.
