Strategic Contribution

  1. Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
  2. Drive the continuous achievement of quality and customer experience standards in line with the overall business strategy.

People Management

  1. Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Business Process Management department by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
  2. Lead talent development initiatives for the department, collaborating with technical/discipline experts to ensure the availability of suitable talent.
  3. Act as a role model and promote adherence to organizational values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture.

Budgeting and Financial Planning

  1. Manage the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance against it, ensuring activities align with guidelines.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  1. Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls to meet procedural/regulatory requirements and deliver quality, cost-effective services.

Continuous Improvement

  1. Identify opportunities for system, process, and practice improvements considering global standards, productivity, and cost reduction.

Customer Service Excellence

  1. Implement processes for client relationship management to enhance customer experience in line with Saudi Post's strategy.
  2. Review and improve customer experience management processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  3. Lead the team to proactively engage clients and provide solutions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting

  1. Ensure timely and accurate department reports that meet Saudi Post's standards and policies.

Job Specific Accountability

  1. Process Engineering Management: Ensure efficient, cost-effective process management, provide technical advice, oversee process studies, and maintain process documentation.
  2. Project Planning & Management: Evaluate and implement work process improvements, allocate resources, participate in project scope and goal setting, monitor milestones, and manage risks.
  3. Process Monitoring: Oversee process modeling tools, propose improvements, liaise with departments and stakeholders, and develop solutions addressing business and customer needs.
