Business Partner I, Finance Functions Job
Work Location: KSA > Riyadh
An exciting opportunity is available for Finance Business Partner I, Functions Reports to , Manager, Finance BP – Functions located in Riyadh.
Job purpose:
Manages day-to-day finance support to SBU / Corporate Functions ensuring best in class service in all aspects of planning, budgeting, and performance management activities. Act as contact person for Corporate Functions leadership team on all finance-related services and activities.
Role responsibilities:
- Reporting to Functions : Provide monthly, meaningful, actionable insights, commentaries, advice, and recommendations on financial performance to the Corporate Functions leadership. Specific activities include: -
- Provide monthly OPEX Budget vs Actual Report to Functions for Shared and Dedicated Expenses.
- Conduct External (with Function) Review of Report, involves identification and correction of errors and anomalies posted to the CC of the functions.
- Conduct Quarterly Internal Review of Report, involves identification and correction of errors and anomalies posted to the CC of the functions.
- Budgeting for Functions: Support efficient and effective long-term planning, forecasting and analysis processes that produce accurate, achievable plans and forecasts that align with business’ strategic objectives. Specific activities include: -
- Issue Budget Instructions and templates for Corporate Functions on an annual basis.
- Assisting Functions in the preparation of their OPEX / CAPEX Budgets for the next year.
- Present and get approval of Corporate Functions Budget from EVP Support Functions and onwards communication of budgets to all stakeholders.
- Control and Administration: Ensure effective communication between SBU, Functions and Finance Corporate Core on all Corporate Functions Finance-related questions
- Review, update and formalize Charge Back Policy & Process and General Rules for periodic allocation.
- Conduct annual review of Cost Center Placement of Corporate Function Employees.
- To administer the master data setup for Support Functions Cost Centers.
- Development & Issue SLA to be signed between Tasnee & SBUs.
- Asset Identification, physical location, allocation and reporting.
- Identifying potential gaps where cost saving measures can be adopted for support functions.
- Provide regular and actionable mentoring, feedback and professional development opportunities to their teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or other related majors.
- 5 years’ experience in Finance Business Partner or other relevant fields.
- Cost accounting.
- Finance and Accounting.
