Job Description

Job Title: Business Marketing Manager - Personal Health

Role Overview: Generates long-term business value for target audiences and the company through delivering superior propositions and presence. Utilizes consumer and market insights to create demand and strengthen the brand. Focuses on strategic marketing activities, including local adaptation of global strategies and content localization.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop regional innovation and communication roadmaps for new products, commercial innovation, and ongoing business activities based on consumer and market insights.
  2. Define marketing objectives by analyzing the Consumer Experience Journey at various touchpoints to ensure consumer-centric strategies.
  3. Develop pricing strategies in coordination with regional teams to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
  4. Maintain consistency in consumer experience across categories, adhering to global brand positioning and visual identity.
  5. Gather and utilize local consumer, market, and trend insights to inform product and commercial strategies.
  6. Monitor market results, assess business growth, and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
  7. Coordinate with finance, supply chain, sales, and other departments to ensure timely and viable initiative delivery.
  8. Manage the Business Region plan and optimize advertising and promotion efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in marketing within large or multinational organizations, preferably in FMCG.
  3. Proven success in managing complex projects.
  4. Strong background in brand/category management, strategic planning, and consumer insights.
  5. Deep understanding of business strategies and translating them into marketing objectives.
  6. Experience setting up effective Go-to-Market models.
  7. Excellent collaboration and management skills across various departments.
  8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment: This is an office-based role requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week.
