Job Description

BI and Analytics Solutions: Create and manage BI and analytics solutions, focusing on commercial excellence.

Support sales analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ASR, market model analysis, strategic price management, and demand planning.

Data Analysis Support: Assist the sales and management teams with data analysis, including order data analysis, stock management analysis, strategic pricing, and event planning.

Profitability Improvement: Collaborate with MENAT teams to enhance profitability through price optimization.

Salesforce Super User: Act as the lead super user for Salesforce.com (SFDC), ensuring high proficiency and data quality standards.

BI/Data Validator: Serve as a super user for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Power BI.

Pricing Governance: Develop pricing governance and work with business leaders to drive approval of new pricing or pricing impacts.

Matrix Environment Coordination: Effectively work within a matrix environment across various businesses within the IDS structure.

Project Coordination: Coordinate and follow through on the activities and commitments of the Country Business Leader (CBL) by managing integrated project plans for key events, dates, and deadlines critical to the business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in the healthcare/medical device industry (IVD experience is a plus).

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in the MS Office suite (Power BI experience is a plus). Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling.

Business Requirements: Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as process mapping, use cases, storyboards, workflows, etc.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Language Requirement: Looking for Arabic speaker.
