## Business Finance Manager - Arabic Speaking

As a Business Finance Manager, you will handle financial transactions, analyze financial reports, and monitor investment activities. You will develop strategies to enhance the company's financial performance and identify business opportunities to increase revenues. The role requires driving performance in a fast-paced environment while providing financial insights to support decision-making across a complex organizational structure.

Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Contracts & Pricing: Review and approve client budgets, facilitate contract negotiations, ensure project alignment with business terms, and develop summary sheets for account teams.
  • Client Reporting & Audits: Deliver monthly budget-to-actual reports, coordinate client audits, and compile data.
  • Financial Analysis & Planning: Review client fee phasing, manage accounts receivable, analyze budgets, support forecasting, prepare financial reports, and identify profitability opportunities.
  • Revenue Recognition & Project Reconciliation: Ensure compliance with revenue policies and oversee project reconciliation.
  • Billing & Cash Flow Management: Coordinate billing processes, review WIP and write-offs, monitor AR health, and support credit risk mitigation.
  • Project & Resource Management: Lead project setup, support profitability, and collaborate on resourcing with HR and leadership.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • 7+ years of finance and accounting experience.
  • Professional proficiency in reading and writing Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA, MBA, or public accounting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday) and strong Excel skills.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
