Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships with catering merchants interested in collaborating with Meituan Keeta, through efficient scheduling and door-to-door visits, ultimately achieving cooperation agreements.
- Support partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on the platform, offering training on how to manage and optimize their online delivery operations.
- Work closely with partner merchants to develop and implement online marketing strategies, providing professional guidance on delivery operations to help them improve their business.
- Conduct regular visits to maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants, collaborating with internal departments to address and resolve their daily inquiries.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with basic reading and writing skills in English, and the ability to use standard business software effectively.
- Strong business negotiation skills and market development capabilities, with keen insight into customer needs to drive business cooperation.
- Integrity, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of execution, collaboration, and team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the willingness to embrace challenges, demonstrate resilience, and prioritize the success of others.
- The role requires frequent fieldwork, including on-site negotiations and service provision with merchant partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in sales and merchant services, with a preference for candidates who have worked as Account Managers (AM) or Business Development (BD) professionals in e-commerce or delivery platforms.
- Full fluency in English and Arabic, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
