We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue for our organization. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in developing new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify areas for growth.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and KPIs.
- Support negotiations and closing processes in collaboration with senior team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.Hard Skills :
