This role is responsible for identifying new business prospects, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships that align with our agency’s creative services. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the creative, marketing, and advertising sectors.
    2. Research and approach potential clients, partners, and brands that align with the agency’s services.
    3. Develop outreach strategies and manage client engagement from prospecting to conversion.
  2. Strategic Partnership Development
    1. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as entertainment, media, fashion, and technology.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
    3. Negotiate and close deals that drive long-term business growth.
  3. Sales & Proposal Development
    1. Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
    2. Work closely with the creative team to align sales strategies with agency capabilities.
    3. Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine business development strategies.
  4. Client Relationship Management
    1. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    2. Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  5. Market Research & Industry Insights
    1. Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior.
    2. Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations within a creative agency, marketing firm, or related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of creative services, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  6. Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
