Now, about you:

As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will generate new leads, build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to our sales strategy.

What you'll do:
  1. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  2. Generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve targets.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to inform strategies.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
  8. Support marketing efforts by following up on leads and driving registrations for key events.
  9. Assist in preparing sales decks, RFPs, and proposals.
  10. Coordinate with the US business development team for processes and knowledge sharing.
  11. Collaborate with other business functions such as CXD, Tech, and Strategy teams.
What you bring:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of proven experience in sales or customer service.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  8. Fluent in Arabic and English at a moderate to fluent level.
