We are seeking a Business Development Professional – Mergers & Acquisitions to join the Strategy & Business Development Department.
The Strategy & Business Development Department is responsible for executing Mergers & Acquisitions M&A transactions originated by New Energies Business verticals.
The Business Development professional primary role is to manage the execution of a wide range of transactions including Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), Joint ventures and/or strategic partnerships. This includes valuation, due diligence, negotiations and structuring of transaction from origination to sign and closing.
