Job Description
- Deliver presentations to potential clients and conduct product or service demonstrations.
- Work closely with the sales teams to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and provide technical advice to identify solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare price quotes and technical contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide technical advice to sales during the negotiation process with clients.
- Train sales teams on the technical benefits of products and services.
- Follow up with potential clients until the deal is closed and convert them into actual clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Teams in the Early Stages of the Sales Process: Provide technical support and necessary information during the early stages of the sales process, including understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Highlight the Added Value of Products and Services: Through presentations and hands-on experiences, demonstrate to the client how the product or service can meet their needs and solve their problems.
- Conduct In-Depth Technical Analyses: Provide accurate technical analysis of client requirements and assist sales teams in tailoring solutions to meet these needs.
- Ensure High Quality of Technical Proposals: Ensure that all technical presentations and proposals presented to clients are detailed, accurate, and in line with technical and professional standards.
- Keep Up-to-Date with the Latest Technologies: Stay informed of the latest technological trends in the industry to ensure the provision of advanced solutions that are aligned with client needs.
- Accelerate the Sales Process: Work on speeding up the closing of deals by removing any technical barriers or inquiries that may arise from the client.
Requirements and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Ability to understand the client's technical needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate deal closure.
